Just left Commonwealth Honda for a tire issue , all I can say is Service Advisor Cassandra Watson's star rating is 10 !!!!! , her attitude, smile and willingness to help a customer can't not be described!!!!Cassandra remembers you from last service , always makes you feel welcome, as long as Cassandra is a service advisor at Commonwealth Honda , I will always bring my car there !!!!!!

I have a 2012 Honda accord that needed to be seen by the dealer. Not what you want to hear from your mechanic. From the first phone call to the very end they were great. I was dealing with Jamie at the garage and he put my mind at ease right away. They fixed my car. Didn't try to have me do anything I didn't need to do. That's a big plus in my book. My car runs awesome. And Peter was my shuttle driver. Oh ya they gave me a ride both ways. He was so great. I will definitely be going back. Good price too.
